Business structure
Founded in 2006 and wholly owned by the founder CEO, the iCompli product was released in 2019 and has a global target market supported by teams in London and Boulder, Colorado.

Architecture & roadmap:
A fully native cloud application hosted on local Azure instances managed by Legal RM and delivered via any browser, this is a fully modern application.
Integrations:
As you would expect, iCompli can be integrated and embedded within many of the applications firms use every day, allowing teams to work where they usually work (for example; MS Teams, SharePoint, Practice/Case Management, iManage Work or NetDocuments), without switching applications. This seamless transition from the deployed platforms to iCompli aids the process of user adoption across the firm.
