Business structure: 

A privately owned company founded in 2011 by sole Director Graham Moore and based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

Ease of use: 

As you would expect from a modern platform that as all about the presentation of data, the Katchr interface is clean and simple but able to deliver complex reporting requirements with just a few clicks.

Architecture & roadmap: 

Available as full cloud (Azure hosted), private cloud or on-premise as dictated by the needs of the practice.

Katchr interact closely with clients via regular events and product advisory boards to drive development of the solution.

Integrations: 

At the time of writing, Katchr is integrated with 18 different law firm specific PMS vendors with this number set to grow with new entrants to that market.

Implementation: 

Katchr manage the full solution delivery process from onboarding, integration and training through to handover, support and enrolment in the customer success program. Projects range from around 4 weeks to 4 months depending on the selected solution (Katchr offer Express, Professional and Enterprise options to suit).

Value for money: 

Express, Professional and Enterprise are targeted to give maximum value depending on the clients reporting requirements.

All solutions are based on an Implementation/services charge plus monthly license model tiered depending on number of fee earners using the solution.

Things to consider: 

Katchr offer a layer of legal industry knowledge and understanding that generic reporting providers often lack, something that several of their customers reference.
