A fully cloud based design accessible via any browser and device, and hosted on AWS with local data centres. Future enhancements will include a client portal to allow lawyers to interact directly with their clients when looking for replies to enquiries.


With an open API approach to integration, the system is designed to be API first and easy to integrate with a firms case management solution where needed. Examples of existing integrations include InTouch, ActionStep and other proprietary solutions.

For use of the standalone offering, this can be accessed and used in just moments through the intuitive web site with a simple registration. Office 365 users benefit from Legalito being an accredited Microsoft® partner enabling them to log in automatically.

Value for money: 

Transactions are charged on a per-use basis but only when the other side replies to enquiries. Fees are kept deliberately competitive and there is no charge for anyone replying to enquiries. Many firms choose to pass on this small cost as a disbursement to their clients.
