Ease of use: Osprey have recently partnered with UX / UI experts to transform the look and feel of the platform to ensure it’s extensive features and capabilities are intuitive, easy to use, and quick to learn. Osprey is fully cloud and accessible on any browser so its easy to access, no matter your location.
Architecture & roadmap: 100% cloud and browser based and hosted in private UK-based data centres. Osprey will share their roadmap with customers and potential clients and have a clear development plan for the next 12 months influenced heavily by customer requests and suggestions.
Integrations: Integrates with popular software and business solutions including Microsoft Outlook and Word and legal specialist software such as InfoTrack and Lexis Smart Forms. Osprey have an open approach to integrations to ensure a connected and centralised operation.
Implementation: Osprey has an in-house implementation team that guide firms through the migration processes. The team offer data migration guidance and support, configure and set up the system based on the firms’ needs – gathered via shadow sessions to understand their processes. Value for money: A typical subscription model with three price plans that are transparent on their website and they all include unlimited and all-inclusive support and training, which other suppliers often don’t include. Things to consider: The system has a integrated client and office accounts solution and so doesn’t integrate with any other accounting package. The minimum number of users is three.
